Are Soie Official pieces made-to-order?
Yes! Each item is produced only after you place an order. This ensures a tailored fit and helps us minimize excess production.
How does your sizing work?
We offer both standard sizes and custom-fit options. If you select a standard size but have concerns, we’ll reach out to confirm your measurements for the best fit.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within Pakistan typically arrive in 10–12 days, thanks to our made-to-order process. For international shipping or expedited options, please refer to our shipping page.
What if I’m unsure of my measurements?
No worries! Choose the closest size from our chart, and our team will contact you to confirm your measurements before production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept bank transfers only. Once your order is placed, we’ll send payment details—please complete the payment within 24–48 hours to avoid automatic cancellation.
What if there's an issue with my order?
We’re sorry to hear that. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact our customer support within 10 days of delivery, including your order number and pictures if possible—we’ll resolve it promptly.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can’t be changed or canceled once placed. If you need to update the shipping address, please contact us immediately—any delays or additional charges due to rerouting will be your responsibility.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since all our pieces are Made to Order, we do not offer returns. Exchanges are only possible if the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
What qualifies for an exchange?
An exchange is possible only in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so our team can review and assist.
How should I care for my garment?
Handle with care! We recommend hand washing in cold water and steam ironing on low to maintain the fabric’s integrity and craftsmanship.
